Lauren Manix is an actor and improvisor. Her hobbies include: kombucha, trying not to buy everything at Target, and watching The Bachelor. She is a graduate of UCLA and a lover of Pilates.

She has honed her acting training with some of the best like: Andrew Magarian, Margie Haber, and Anthony Meindl to name a few.  She can be seen in "The Middle" on ABC, the BAFTA nominated short "A Teenage Drama" directed by Phillip Clark Davis, and in “LapCat!” a digital comedy group that curates online content for the iOWest Comedy Network. 

During non-pandemic times, she enjoys performing improv with her team 'Bellamy,' where their monthly show “Do You Want To Date Us? By Bellamy” brings haters of online dating together in one room. Bellamy chooses an audience member’s dating profile to sift through, thus resulting in improvised hilarity.
